Stuff about me.....

I graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone Colege of Art, in 1994 (yikes!) with my BDes Honours degree in Illustration and Printmaking.

I left Dundee and packed my bags for Hastings where i was a scene painter for a local theatre company, before returning home to Glasgow.

After many years of portrait painting and pet portraits, my work has now evolved.

During the Pandemic, i lost my home studio to my husband who was forced to work from home. This made me rethink my work, and took up line drawing to cut back on materials (less stuff cluttering the kitchen table to which i was now relegated).

I started drawing nearby Culross and the surrounding areas and managed to secure a pitch at their regular Market. I've now taken up model making and am recreating the buildings I've loved drawing over the last couple of years.

Being entirely handmade with recycled cardboard, each one is completely unique, and either made 360 degrees or smaller and framed, each one is a joy to build.

Message me here for a quote, either for a line drawing commission or a wee building.
